I hate when people say the weather prediction was wrong because it said 10% chance of rain, and it ends up raining. 10% chance of rain doesn't mean "it's not gonna rain guys," if it did, they would say that. It means there is a 1/10 chance the it will rain today, it may not be likely for it to rain, but it could still happen.
