I'd probably define anyone over, say, 15%-20% of the popular vote at the end of this to still be in the running.<br /><br />Just so everyone's aware, the polling cutup will be decided by a weighted percent distribution, with the value being determined as primary votes plus the secondary votes weighted by 0.5, divided by the total amount of points.
