For anyone out there who spends a ton of time looking at text on a computer screen, what fonts do you like to use?

For monospace / fixed-width fonts, I really love Monofur and Comic Code.

One of my favorites is Kosugi Maru.

It has Japanese language support as well and the characters just look so beautifully round to me.

Comic Sans MS is one of the best fonts. If you don't like it, you're going to have a bad time.

imagine not building your own font

I admit, I do patch Monofur with the Nerdfont ligatures.

Pragmata Pro is really nice, priced way out of my league but I don't think I've used any other font with as comprehensive unicode support as Pragmata Pro does.

For code, I use Fira Code, and for prose I prefer either Lato or Roboto

I like Futura and other Gil Sans derivatives. They're clean, cute, and professional, and they're one of the only font families I can recognize. Aside from that, I do most of my writing in Times New Roman... sometimes Roboto if want something monospaced.

Roboto isn't monospaced though?

SHOOT i meant Roboto Mono. which is roboto but monospaced

I really like Ubuntu for some reason. Pusab looks funny, too.

inb4 obvious gd refrence
